MmmmmmmNow for the decadently-scrumptiously-deliciously-yummy Maple Drizzle.
This can be used in many a recipes, from cobblers, to ice cream, to sticky buns....

Start with 1 cup of heavy whipping cream

Pour it in to a pot on the stove over moderate heat.

Grab your maple syrup

Measure out 5 tables spoons and pour it in to the cream

Grab some light corn syrup

And measure out 3 table spoons and pour them in to the pot.

Now get ready to
whisk.
Surprise! All the syrup will mix up in to the cream...
MmmmNow keep mixing for about 15 minutes.

This will no doubtfully attract the little ones in your house... In my house that mean my dog.
Look at her, Piper is all set to lick the spoon.

But you keep whisking away.

And Piper will keep watching you...
That's all there is to it... After about 15 minutes or so, your mixture will have condensed a bit and slightly thickened up...
Let it cool for a few minutes then pour it in a cup or container to go in the refrigerator for later.
Enjoy!
